Specificity and Use
Mouse IgG1 antibody was raised against mouse IgG1 gamma 1 chain.
anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
