Specificity
Recognizes Mouse IgG1. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Cross-reactivity with mouse IgG2b and IgG3 is negligible, < 0.5%. Cross-reactivity with mouse IgG2a and IgM is minimal.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:125000. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
