Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Horse IgG, Horse IgG F(ab’)2 and Horse Serum. No reaction was observed against Horse IgG F(c), anti-Rabbit IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin.
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring the absence of F(c) mediated binding and greater antibody permeability. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Thimerosal
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 2 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
