Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Horse IgG, Horse IgG F (ab') 2 and Horse Serum. No reaction was observed against Horse IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for use in immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. ELISA (standard capture): 1:1000 to 1:5000, 1.0 ug of Horse IgG using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
