A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-Terminus of human Nectin-4/PVRL4 (53-94 aa FYRGDSGEQVGQVAWARVDAGEGAQELALLHSKYGL HVSPAY), different from the related mouse sequence by seven amino acids.
Specificity
Predominantly expressed in placenta. Not detected in normal breast epithelium but expressed in breast carcinoma. .

Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500µg/ml.

At -20°C for 1 year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for 1 month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for a longer time. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
