PIAS4 antibody can be used for detection of PIAS4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 56 kDa Observed: 56 kDa
