Human PHAP1 / ANP32A
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Peptide Column Affinity Chromatography
- Western blot (2 - 4 µg/ml)
a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids close to C-terminus of human PHAP I. The sequence is identical between human and rat PHAP I. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of PHAP I.
- Liquid - 0.05 mg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C431. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
This polyclonal antibody has no cross-reaction to PHAP I2a and PHAP III.
PHAP I antibody can be used for detection of PHAP I by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. A band at approximately 32 kDa can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 32 kDa
