Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular LYN Products

Anti-LYN antibody IHC of human thymus. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:200.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded M.spleen section using Mouse Lyn Antibody. NA was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
Species: Human, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of LYN staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected with HRP and DAB as chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Sheep, Chicken
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Western blot of Lyn antibody
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, Western blot, ELISA
