RCK108 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody derived by fusion of SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with a cytoskeletal preparation of human bladder carcinoma cell line T24.
Specificity
RCK108 reacts exclusively with cytokeratin 19 which is present in glandular-type epithelia and most carcinomas. Does not react with hepatocytes and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Usage
Optimal antibody dilutions for the different applications should be determined by titration. The recommended dilution is 1:10.
Presentation
PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.09% Sodium Azide
Storage
Store at 4°C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20°C for long term storage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Prior to use, thaw aliquot slowly in the dark at ambient temperature. Spin down and prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Store working dilutions at 4°C, and preferably use the same day. Remove slight precipitation with centrifugation.
