Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Cytokeratin 17 is a type I keratin. It is found in nail beds, hair follicles, sebaceous glands, and other epidermal appendages. Titering of the Cytokeratin 17 antibody may be required for optimal performance. FFPE testing requires sections to be boiled in pH6 10mM citrate buffer for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes, prior to staining.
