Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections. Avidin-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase complex (ABC) as a detection reagent. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100.
