Description
KRT10 (Cytokeratin 10, CK10) is the main type I keratin expressed in the post-mitotic keratinizing cells of the skin and other cornifying stratified epithelia. KRT10 is a negative regulator of cell division, and forms heterodimers with KRT1 or KRT2. KRT10 is associated with cyclic ichthyosis and epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.

Usage
For immunohistochemistry on frozen sections fixation with acetone for 5 min. at -20?C is recommended. For use in paraffin sections fixation with neutral formalin and a pretreatment with pronase or trypsin is also recommended. Dilution buffer: 0.15 M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
