Recognizes mouse ITGA2b in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. Does not cross-react with rmITGA3, -4, -5, -8, -9, or -11.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit is ~40 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Detection is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions using colorimetric detection. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5-50 fold.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 200 ul of Sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS
Storage
