IL1RN antibody was raised against e. coli-derived human IL1RA recombinant protein (Position: R26-E177). Human IL1RA shares 77% and 75.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat IL1RA, respectively.
Specificity
The intracellular form of IL1RN is predominantly expressed in epithelial cells.
