Recognizes mouse IL-10 R. Shows approximately 20% cross-reactivity with rhIL-10 R and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIL-10 R and rmIL-10 R.
Suitable for use in Western blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rmIL-10 R is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

The IFNLR1/IL10RB dimer is a receptor for the cytokine ligands IFNL2 and IFNL3 and mediates their antiviral activity. The ligand/receptor complex stimulate the activation of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway leading to the expression of IFN-stimulated genes (ISG), which contribute to the antiviral state.
