Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx 37 kDa band observed in Human HeLa lysates (calculated MW of 32.6 kDa according to NP_002511.1 and 29.5 kDa according to NP_954654.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
