An 18 AA synthetic peptide near the center of human NKX2-4. The immunogen is located within aa 220-270 of NKX2-4.
Specificity
NKX2-4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other NK2 homeobox family members. At least two isoforms of NKX2-4 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms.

Usage
NKX2-4 antibody can be used for detection of NKX2-4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
