Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Extracellular Domain
Specificity
Recognizes human CD222, a 250 KD transmembrane protein originally identified as the IGF II receptor. CD222 is ubiquitously expressed and is involved with internalization of a variety of ligands. Recognizes an epitope located in the region between extracellular domains 2 and 5 (aa 192-697) of CD222. CD222 is primarily expressed intracellularly with a small percentage of molecules being located at the cell surface (5 - 10%).
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% Sodium Azide, 1% BSA
Reconstitution
100 tst Reconstitute in 1 ml of Sterile distilled water.

Popular IGF2R / CD222 Products

Anti-IGF2R antibody IHC of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:100.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Antibody
Species: Human, Non-Human Primates
Applications: Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Immunohistochemical analysis of CD222 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Bovine
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Western Blotting analysis (non-reducing conditions) of CD222 in whole cell lysate of JURKAT human peripheral blood T cell leukemia cell line. Lane 1: immunostaining with anti-CD222 (MEM-238) Lane 2: immunostaining with Isotype mouse IgG1 control (PPV-06)
Species: Human, Non-Human Primates
Applications: Western blot, Flow Cytometry
