Anti-HDAC10 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region surrounding 50-100aa of human HDAC10 protein.

A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with human based on 100% sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with HDAC10 from other sources has not been determined.

Usage
Anti-HDAC10 antibody is useful for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~71kD corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Storage
