Specificity
Recognizes the c1 epitope on holo-FSH. No cross-reaction is detected in RIA with hFSH Beta or any other human glycoprotein hormone or subunit thereof. Two-site sandwich ELISA revealed recognition of a conformational epitope on intact hFSH which is located near the alpha1, alpha2 and alpha4 epitopes can be used as a capture or detection antibody in combination with INN-hFSH-60 (MCA338).

Usage
ELISA: This product may be used in an indirect ELISA or in a sandwich ELISA together with clone INN-hFSH-60 (LS-C11644).
