FIS1 Antibody - Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using FIS1 Antibody at dilution of 1:100
FIS1 Antibody - IHC image of FIS1 Antibody diluted at 1:600 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
FIS1 Antibody - Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells using FIS1 Antibody at dilution of 1:100 and Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)
FIS1 Antibody - Positive WB detected in:SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate,Mouse brain tissue,Mouse heart tissue;All lanes: FIS1 antibody at 3ug/ml;Secondary;Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilution;Predicted band size: 17 kDa;Observed band size: 17 kDa;
FIS1 Antibody - Immunoprecipitating FIS1 in MCF-7 whole cell lysate;Lane 1: Rabbit monoclonal IgG(1ug)instead of FIS1 Antibody in MCF-7 whole cell lysate.For western blotting, a HRP-conjugated light chain specific antibody was used as the Secondary antibody (1/50000);Lane 2: FIS1 Antibody(4ug)+ MCF-7 whole cell lysate(500ug);Lane 3: MCF-7 whole cell lysate (20ug);

FIS1 | CGI-135 | FIS1 homolog | HFis1 | TPR repeat protein 11 | TTC11 | H_NH0132A01.6
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Clonality
IgG Polyclonal
Conjugations
Unconjugated. Also available conjugated with HRP, FITC, Biotin.
Purification
Protein G purified
Modifications
Unmodified
Immunogen
Recombinant human Mitochondrial fission 1 protein (1-122AA)
Specificity
Involved in the fragmentation of the mitochondrial network and its perinuclear clustering. Plays a minor role in the recruitment and association of the fission mediator dynamin-related protein 1 (DNM1L) to the mitochondrial surface and mitochondrial fission. Can induce cytochrome c release from the mitochondrion to the cytosol, ultimately leading to apoptosis. Also mediates peroxisomal fission.
Applications
  • IHC
  • Western blot
  • Immunoprecipitation
  • ELISA
