ELK3 / NET antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa252-301 of human ELK3 (P41970, NP_005221). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Galago, Marmoset, Rabbit, Opossum, Zebra finch, Platypus (100%); Mouse, Rat, Elephant, Panda, Dog, Bovine, Bat, Horse, Guinea pig, Turkey, Chicken (92%); Hamster, Lizard (85%).
Western Blot: Suggested dilution at 1µg/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as second antibody. ELISA titer in peptide based assay: 1:62500.
Lyophilized from PBS, 0.09% sodium azide, 2% sucrose
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute with sterile distilled water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Vortex and centrifuge again.
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than 1 week): 4°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
