Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Deoxyribonuclease I [Bovine Pancreas]. Cross reactivity against Deoxyribonuclease I from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anti-Deoxyribonuclease I has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Deoxyribonuclease I [Bovine Pancreas] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
