Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot Analysis: 1:500-1:2000 detects Cytochrome C in RIPA lysates from A431 cells. EGF-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Cytochrome c (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: Reported to stain rat spine cord sections.
