Usage
Immunohistology: Is suitable for use on paraffin embedded tissue sections following pretreatment with 1 mg/ml pepsin in 0.5 M acetic acid for 2 hours at 37°C and multiple buffer washes. Also can be used on acetone fixed cryostat sections and cytospins.
Presentation
Phosphate/BBS, 1% Mannitol, 1% Dextran
Reconstitution
0.5 ml Distilled Water. The addition of 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide is recommended.
Storage
Before reconstitution store at 4°C. After reconstitution store at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
