Usage
Immunohistology: This product requires antigen retrieval using 1 mg/ml pepsin in 0.5 M acetic acid for 2 hours at 37°C and multiple buffer washes prior to staining of paraffin sections.
Presentation
PBS, 1% Mannitol, 1% Dextran
Reconstitution
Distilled Water. The addition of 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide is recommended.
Storage
Before reconstitution store at 4°C. After reconstitution store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
