Species cross-reactivity: Human, porcine, rat, mouse. Reacts specifically with cdk4 protein present predominantly in G1 phase of cell cycle; it does not cross-react with cyclins. Especially suitable for immunoprecipitation, Mab precipitates the cdk4/cyclin complex.
