Usage
Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration. However as a guideline try; Flo: 1:50 (methanol fixed cells). IHC-P: 1:50-1:100. Do not perform antigen retrieval. WB: use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 40 kDa.
