CD30 antibody was raised against l428 cells.
Recognizes a single chain glycoprotein of 105/120kD, identified as human CD30/Ki-1. Species Reactivity: Does not react with baboon and monkey.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin). Immunohistochemistry (frozen and formalin/paraffin): 1:40-1:80. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Note that 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 is better than 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for unmasking the epitope.
15 mM Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
