Specificity
Recognizes human CD3, a surface protein of peripheral blood T cells at ~19kD. Present on more than 95% of circulating human peripheral T cells. Species cross-reactivity: cynomolgus monkey, chimpanzee.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
