This antibody was produced by injecting Armenian hamsters intraperitoneally with a mixture of two murine CD27 tag-expressing Armenian hamster fibroblast clones (AR0524 and AR0530) in Freund's adjuvant
Specificity
This antibody is specific for mouse CD27, which, as in the human system, is largely restricted to cells of the T cell lineage, and is expressed on the great majority of both aß and ?d T lymphocytes, and thymocytes.
