Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

  • Western blot (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml)
  • ELISA (0.25 - 1 µg/ml)
  • (applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Immunogen
E.coli derived recombinant Murine MIP-1beta.
Specificity
Mouse MIP-1beta
Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. ELISA: To detect Murine MIP-1beta by direct ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Murine MIP-1beta. To detect Murine MIP-1beta by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with Polyclonal Anti-Murine MIP-1beta (LS-C104570) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Murine MIP-1beta. Western Blot: To detect Murine MIP-1beta by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Murine MIP-1beta is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Immunohistochemical analysis of EGR1 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
