Human CALCR (Accession # P79222).

Recognizes human calcitonin receptor. Stains human CALCR transfectants but not irrelevant transfectants.

• Flow Cytometry (0.25 µg/ml)

Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: 0.25 ug/ml. Validated for flow cytometry using MCF-7 cells. Dilute this antibody to 25 ug/ml and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding a secondary developing reagent such as anti-mouse IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. MCF-7 cells were stained with anti-CALCR (filled histogram) or isotype control (open histogram) followed by PE-conjugated anti-mouse antibody. Hybridoma. Mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with HEK293 cells transfected with human CALCR (Accession # P79222).

Reconstitute in 200 ul sterile PBS
