A 19 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human BCLAF1. The immunogen is located within aa 820-870 of BCLAF1.
Specificity
BCLAF1 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least four isoforms of BCLAF1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all but isoform 2.

Usage
BCLAF1 antibody can be used for detection of BCLAF1 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 101 kDa Observed: 105 kDa
