Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Not suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000. Dilution Buffer: 0.15 M PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide (ECL: 5% milk powder in TBST). Positive control: Protein extracts from all vertebrate tissues and cells.
