Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
UBE2S Antibody, E2 EPF Antibody, E2-EPF Antibody, E2EPF Antibody, EPF5 Antibody, E2-EPF5 Antibody, Ubiquitin-protein ligase S Antibody, Ubiquitin carrier protein S Antibody
Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. Catalyzes 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitination. Acts as an essential factor of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
The anti-E2EPF antibody is used in Western blot to detect E2EPF in HL-60 cell lysate.
Western blot of E2EPF (arrow) using E2EPF Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the UBE2S gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
