Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Calcium-activated non selective (CAN) cation channel that mediates membrane depolarization. While it is activated by increase in intracellular Ca2+, it is impermeable to it. Mediates transport of monovalent cations (Na+ > K+ > Cs+ > Li+), leading to depolarize the membrane. It thereby plays a central role in cadiomyocytes, neurons from entorhinal cortex, dorsal root and vomeronasal neurons, endocrine pancreas cells, kidney epithelial cells, cochlea hair cells etc.
IHC of paraffin-embedded pancreas tissue using anti-TRPM4 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded liver tissue using anti-TRPM4 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TRPM4 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TRPM4.
