Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx 100kD band observed in nuclear lysates of cell lines HeLa, Jurkat and K562 (calculated MW of 88.5kD according to NP_005753.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
