  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TRAF3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from human TRAF3.
LS-E30171 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
16 amino acid peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human TRAF3
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B609 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B609 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store undiluted.

About TRAF3

Q13114 NM_145725 NP_663777.1

TRAF3 Antibody, CAP-1 Antibody, CD40 associated protein 1 Antibody, CD40 binding protein Antibody, CRAF1 Antibody, LMP1 Antibody, LMP1-associated protein 1 Antibody, IIAE5 Antibody, CD40-binding protein Antibody, CD40bp Antibody, LAP1 Antibody

Regulates pathways leading to the activation of NF-kappa-B and MAP kinases, and plays a central role in the regulation of B-cell survival. Part of signaling pathways leading to the production of cytokines and interferon. Required for normal antibody isotype switching from IgM to IgG. Plays a role T-cell dependent immune responses. Plays a role in the regulation of antiviral responses. Is an essential constituent of several E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complexes.
