Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 40kD band observed in Human, fetal Mouse and Rat Heart lysates (calculated MW of 35.6kD according to Human NP_000355.2 and 35.7kD according to Rat NP_036808.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Luedde et al, Cardiovasc Res. 2010 Jun 1;86(3):452-60. PMID:20083571). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 ug/ml.
