  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TAF9

TAF9 Antibody, AD-004 Antibody, Adrenal gland protein AD-004 Antibody, ATP-AMP transphosphorylase 6 Antibody, CINAP Antibody, CGI-137 Antibody, Coilin interacting protein Antibody, TAFII-32 Antibody, TAFII32 Antibody, STAF31/32 Antibody, TAFII31 Antibody, CIP Antibody, TAF2G Antibody, TAFII-31 Antibody, TAFIID32 Antibody

Initiation of transcription by RNA polymerase II requires the activities of more than 70 polypeptides. The protein that coordinates these activities is transcription factor IID (TFIID), which binds to the core promoter to position the polymerase properly, serves as the scaffold for assembly of the remainder of the transcription complex, and acts as a channel for regulatory signals.

Fluorescent image of U251 cell stained with TAF9 Antibody. U251 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with TAF9 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). TAF9 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly.

Western blot

Western blot
TAF9 Antibody western blot of U251 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The TAF9 antibody detected the TAF9 protein (arrow).
