Specificity
Recognizes a (Mr 156kD) cell surface glycoprotein expressed on virtually all peripheral blood granulocytes. No reactivity with T or B cells.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry
Usage
May be used for enumerating mature granulocytes in peripheral blood in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug to stain 1x1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
