Specificity
detects CD15.CD15 contains the pentasaccharide lacto-N-fucopentatose III and is particularly expressed on granulocytes and mature neutrophils and on a wide variety of tumor cells including myeloid leukemia, breast, colorectal, and lung cancer cells.
