Recognizes rat K+/Cl- Cotransporter (KCC2), Mr ~140kD. An unknown band >200kD was also detected. Species cross-reactivity: Canine. Wide range of species cross-reactivity expected due to sequence homology.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 detected KCC2 in MDCK cells as reported by an independent laboratory.
