  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

SLAMF1 / SLAM / CD150 antibody was raised against mouse SLAMF1
This 9D1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse thymic and splenic cell suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

PBS, pH 7.2, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.09% sodium azide
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

About SLAMF1 / SLAM / CD150

Q13291 NM_003037 NP_003028.1

SLAMF1 Antibody, CD150 antigen Antibody, CD150 Antibody, IPO-3 Antibody, SLAM Antibody, CDw150 Antibody

High-affinity self-ligand important in bidirectional T-cell to B-cell stimulation. SLAM-induced signal-transduction events in T-lymphocytes are different from those in B-cells. Two modes of SLAM signaling are likely to exist: one in which the inhibitor SH2D1A acts as a negative regulator and another in which protein-tyrosine phosphatase 2C (PTPN11)-dependent signal transduction operates.
