A 15 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human SLAMF1. The immunogen is located within aa 30-80 of SLAMF1.
Specificity
Two isoforms of SLAMF1 are known to exist; this antibody will recognize both isoforms. SLAMF1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SLAM protein family members.

Usage
SLAMF1 antibody can be used for detection of SLAMF1 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
