Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
SIRT3 Antibody, HSIRT3 Antibody, Sir2-like 3 Antibody, SIR2-like protein 3 Antibody, SIR2L3 Antibody, Sirtuin 3 Antibody, Sirtuin type 3 Antibody
SIRT3 / Sirtuin 3 is a member of the sirtuin family of proteins, homologs to the yeast Sir2 protein. Members of the sirtuin family are characterized by a sirtuin core domain and grouped into four classes. The functions of human sirtuins have not yet been determined; however, yeast sirtuin proteins are known to regulate epigenetic gene silencing and suppress recombination of rDNA.
Sirt3 Antibody IHC of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Western blot of lysate from mouse heart tissue lysate, using Mouse Sirt3 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug.
Western blot of Sirt3 Antibody in CHO cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). Sirt3 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Western blot of Sirt3 Antibody in mouse brain tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). Sirt3 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
