Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot Analysis: 1-2 ug/ml of this lot detected SETA in RIPA lysates from NG108-15 cells. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate SETA in human U87 glioma cells and rat primary astrocytes.
