Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Western blot of the lysates from 293 cells using SF3B4 antibody.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Anti-SF3B4 antibody IHC staining of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B10383 concentration 10 ug/ml.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Pig
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of SAP49 staining in human lung formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Product Description

SF3B4 antibody LS-C55458 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to SF3B4 from human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for Peptide-ELISA and WB.
About SF3B4
Subunit of the splicing factor SF3B required for 'A' complex assembly formed by the stable binding of U2 snRNP to the branchpoint sequence (BPS) in pre-mRNA. Sequence independent binding of SF3A/SF3B complex upstream of the branch site is essential, it may anchor U2 snRNP to the pre-mRNA. May also be involved in the assembly of the 'E' complex. SF3B4 has been found in complex 'B' and 'C' as well. Q15427 NM_005850 NP_005841.1
