  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

RPGRIP1 Antibody, CORD13 Antibody, RGI1 Antibody, RPGR-interacting protein 1 Antibody, RPGRIP1d Antibody, RGRIP Antibody, LCA6 Antibody, RPGRIP Antibody

May function as scaffolding protein. Required for normal location of RPGR at the connecting cilium of photoreceptor cells. Required for normal disk morphogenesis and disk organization in the outer segment of photoreceptor cells and for survival of photoreceptor cells.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma reacted with RPGRIP1 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of RPGRIP1 Antibody in HL-60, K562, MDA-MB435, Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). RPGRIP1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
RPGRIP1 Antibody flow cytometry of MDA-MB231 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
